Our mission is not only to impart systematic, orderly, and pragmatic knowledge, but also to form values that will be based on differences from stereotypes, conventional differences, and critical thinking.

Історія організації розпочалася після російського повномасштабного вторгнення у 2022 році. Переживши кризу, можливості втрачання державності, команда активної молоді зрозуміла, що майбутнє України в довгій перспективі під загрозою і для збереження суверенітету та державності необхідно готувати нове покоління лідерів вже сьогодні.Основний акцент було вирішено зробити на популяризації ідей дотриманні верховенства права, свободи слова та розвитку критичного мислення.Тому влітку 2023, набравшись досвіду, командою активної молоді була створена ГО «Кей Дженерейшн», саме з тієї миті, ми розпочали писати свою історію успіху.

The history of the organization began after the Russian full-scale invasion in 2022. Having survived the crisis, the possibility of losing statehood, the team of active youth realized that the future of Ukraine in the long term is under threat and that in order to preserve sovereignty and statehood, it is necessary to train a new generation of leaders today. The main focus was decided to be on popularizing the ideas of respect for the rule of law, freedom of speech and the development of critical thinking. Therefore, in the summer of 2023, having gained experience, the team of active youth created the NGO "Kay Generation", and from that moment on, we began to write our success story.

Перший Проєкт

Першим освітнім проєктом організації став "Університет молодих лідерів". Було отримано більше 240 заявок з усіх куточків України, але після ретельного відбору було обрано лише 100 найбільш мотивованих учасників.Протягом 5 місяців ці учасники працювали з відомими політтехнологами, дипломатами та аналітиками з України та світу, розвиваючи свої навички критичного мислення.‍

First Project

The first educational project of the organization was the University of Young Leaders. More than 240 applications were received from all over Ukraine, but after a careful selection process, only 100 of the most motivated participants were selected. For 5 months, these participants worked with well-known political strategists, diplomats and analysts from Ukraine and the world, developing their critical thinking skills.‍

Випускний I сезону

Після виконання 5 модулів навчання та успішного складання фінального екзамену, 40 найвідданіших молодих лідерів стали випускниками першого сезону Університету молодих лідерів.Найкращі випускники отримали унікальну можливість пройти стажування в аналітичних центрах та працювати поряд з народними депутатами, набуваючи цінний досвід та поглиблюючи свої знання. Завершення першого сезону УМЛ відбулося на урочистому випускному вечорі, де учасники отримали можливість не лише відзначити свої досягнення, а й поспілкуватися з провідними фахівцями політичних наук, журналістами та іншими експертами, що розвиває мережу зв'язків та відкриває нові можливості для майбутнього розвитку.

Graduation of the first season

After completing 5 modules and successfully passing the final exam, 40 of the most dedicated young leaders became graduates of the first season of the Young Leaders University. The best graduates were given a unique opportunity to complete internships at think tanks and work alongside MPs, gaining valuable experience and deepening their knowledge. The first season of the UML ended at a gala graduation party, where participants had the opportunity not only to celebrate their achievements, but also to communicate with leading political scientists, journalists and other experts, which developed a network of connections and opened up new opportunities for future development.

Вибори 2024

Громадська організація "Key Generation" активно підтримує демократичні цінності, тому проведення чесних і конкурентних виборів є однією з її основних принципових цілей. Щорічно в організації відбуваються вибори до правління, де перемогти може будь-який гідний кандидат серед учасників. Саме ця відкритість і демократичний підхід дозволяють Key Generation забезпечити професійне керівництво та зберегти відкритий інтерес до діяльності організації.‍

Elections 2024

The Key Generation NGO actively supports democratic values, so holding fair and competitive elections is one of its main goals. Every year, the organization holds elections to the board, where any worthy candidate among the members can win. It is this openness and democratic approach that allows Key Generation to provide professional leadership and maintain open interest in the organization's activities.‍

Другий сезон

Враховуючи всі плюси та мінуси минулого сезону Університету молодих лідерів, вирішено було сконцентрувати увагу навчальної програми УМЛ на 2024 рік на внутрішньо-українських питаннях і проблемах. Це важливо, оскільки нові лідери повинні чітко розуміти, з якими викликами Україна стикається сьогодні та що чекатиме нас у майбутньому.‍Календар подій на 2024 рік включає наступні модулі: Березень – Модуль 1. Внутрішня політика. Квітень – Модуль 2. Державна економіка. Травень – Модуль 3. Публічне лідерство. Червень – Екзамен і випускний вечір.

The second season

Taking into account all the pros and cons of the last season of the University of Young Leaders, it was decided to focus the UML curriculum for 2024 on domestic Ukrainian issues and problems. This is important because new leaders need to clearly understand the challenges Ukraine faces today and what the future holds.‍The 2024 calendar of events includes the following modules: March - Module 1: Domestic Policy. April - Module 2. Public Economics. May - Module 3: Public Leadership. June - Exam and Graduation.
